The Role: Building a strong team – our client has an international affiliate team of 4 and growing. Report activities and contribute with in input for the overall business objectives. Plan market strategies and innovative promotions for all markets. Drive sales through our current team as well as current and new affiliates. Recruit new members on the team and ensure existing and new deals are in line with agreements.

The Role: as a customer care agent, you are responsible to diverse customer inquiries and help our customers to resolve their issues. You advice our customers about  Zalando services and fashion products. Together with the whole team you live and promote the Zalando lifestyle.
